Air Crash Investigation Mayday Split Decision Part 6 out of 6. On 12 December 1985, a charter flight carrying the 101st Airborne Division as charter flight Arrow Air Flight 1285 stalled and crashed just seconds after taking off from Gander International Airport in Newfoundland, Canada. All 256 people aboard the aircraft died. Controversy still exists i regards to this accident and the mysterious possible explosion/terrorists.
