ATA Airlines L-1011 Safety Video and American Trans Air Television Commercial

AviationExplorer.com – ATA Airlines, Inc., formerly known as American Trans Air, was an American low-cost scheduled service and charter airline based in Indianapolis, Indiana. ATA operated scheduled passenger flights throughout the US mainland and Hawaii, as well as military and commercial charter flights around the world. The airline maintained focus cities at Chicago Midway International Airport, Honolulu International Airport, and Oakland International Airport. On April 2, 2008, ATA filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. ATA then announced it was ceasing all services on Thursday April 3, 2008, citing the unexpected loss of a major contract for its military charter business, as a subcontractor of FedEx Express and recent increases in jet fuel prices.

The Beautiful Titan Airways 757 Lands in Cork

Full HD footage of TItan Airways 757-200 (Registration: G-ZAPX ; Serial : 29309 LN:936) landing in Cork and backtracking on the runwya in front of me while taxiing to the gate. This was operating a religious pilgrimage charter from Lourdes, France as flight AWC5304 from Tarbes-Lourdes Internationl Airport, France. This footage also include full air traffic control audio. This is the only 757 in the Titan Airways fleet and is a very welcome visitor to Cork when it comes as we don’t get much variety in aircraft with most of the traffic being Aer Lingus A320s and Ryanair 737s
